Jenny Gabriel is a certified nutritional therapy practitioner that focuses on all things holistically internally and externally for females going through “the change” in their life. I have known Jenny through a professional business networking group for over a year and a half now. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate about her business, and you can tell that she cares for all her clients and what they are going through and getting to the bottom of their ailments. I have listened to her speak with other women about specifics and give her opinion of what she thinks is the cause and how to fix it and then to her these women say, oh yes, I went to the doctor and that’s what they said too. She definitely knows her stuff. From major things to minor things, Jenny just wants to help. She is great at follow-up. I joined a 90 day challenge that Jenny offered in January 2022. At that time, my blood work showed borderline diabetes. I couldn't walk up a flight of stairs without being out of breath. After 90 days of consistently walking, eliminating processed foods from my diet, and increasing my water intake I felt enough of a difference to continue coaching with Jenny. At the end of 2022, my blood work was back in normal range, and I was down 20 lbs. The weight loss was an added bonus to feeling better. Jenny has given me the tools to a healthier lifestyle!

Jenny provided me with a new outlook on health! She taught me that food is not always the enemy and how to use it as my friend, to fuel my body. The process has been an adventure of ups and downs. I have learned that is ok to put myself first, focus on my health and my wellbeing. The workouts were great and she provided different levels to ensure your workout is the best fit, for your body. It is NOT a “one size fits all” program. It was a program that fit my needs and made me successful. The program helped me get my self-confidence back. It gave me a positive look on health, without the stress. My sleep improved which gave me more energy. The joint pain, in my legs, reduced a great deal and I was able to become more active. Jenny provides easy and simple ways to manage stress, which is great for our day to day lives. My body appearance changed! I had to buy a size smaller in pants and shirts and that was a great feeling! Jenny provided me methods for managing my food/workouts during family events and traveling. For years I saw people talk about their weight loss journey, and I would mimic exactly what they did, with zero results. I was exhausted; I couldn't get through the day without a crash and needing a nap. My doctors would tell me “all your labs are normal, you just need to lose weight!” I tried looking into more natural solutions, since my doctors couldn't find anything medically wrong with me. That's when I started working with Jenny. It took me a while, but she helped me realize I needed to shift from thinking “weight loss journey” to just “journey”. She helped me realize I needed to start with more than just “healthy food”, that I was actually struggling with chronic inflammation that some of the healthy food was contributing too. She helped me realize I needed to focus on stress management, because running on fumes every day was contributing to my struggle. I've been with her a year, and I can see the physical changes around my thyroid. I can see the shrinking of my rosacea. I can feel my energy coming back, and my stomach has stopped reacting poorly to every meal. I have learned it's less about restrictions and more about balance. It's not that I can't enjoy drinks, it's that my body does better with wine, and I'm going to have the wine. I'm so grateful that Jenny was willing to be more than a “weight loss journey” coach, and truly help me work on the healthy and lifestyle journey I needed!

I have trained both in person and virtual with Jenny. She is AMAZING! After two major surgeries I was starting at rock bottom. She has helped me to gain my strength back plus some!! She keeps things fun too!

I started personal training with Jenny after having had a major surgery several years ago. Just couldn't get going again it seemed. I tell her I would probably be in a wheel chair by now without her. At age 75 I can do most anything that I want to do. She makes workouts fun and I feel better every time I leave a session! Highly recommend her!

This program is awesome to say the least. The convenience of being able to take your workouts wherever you go is my favorite part. I can workout from home just as easily as I can in the gym. When I travel I will still have Jenny with me for my workouts each day! She is always changing up the workouts and no day or month is the same. The workouts are only 30 minutes, leaving no excuses for saying "I don't have time"! She is encouraging, knowledgable, and goes above and beyond to help her tribe succeed and reach their goals!

“This was half of my morning today. After I got the baby up and fed and cleaned and dressed and out the door when his mummy came to pick him up- the babies and I sat down after I ate breakfast and we snuggled and watched Wonder Woman.

Sometimes self care looks like resting (or in this hustle culture- being lazy) and letting my body rest from the stress I put on myself. My stress levels have been running on maximum strength for the few years and it has been very difficult to maintain healthy brain and body function. So now I am listening better than I have been and doing what is best.
