What to Expect

No need for extensive reading or striving for perfection—progress is key! Participants who are fully engaged in each session and apply class teachings see the most significant benefits. Allowing your body to adapt to nutrient-rich food, away from sugar and processed foods for three weeks, is an enlightening experience.

The RESTART® Program focuses on straightforward nutritional education, using only “real” food. This program doesn’t involve supplements, powders, or packaged foods. It’s not a quick fix or a diet plan. It’s a personal exploration with lifelong healthy habits as the goal and a great way to jumpstart a new, healthier lifestyle.
