Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis
What is HTMA?
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a non-invasive laboratory test that measures the mineral content in your hair. Because hair is a metabolically active tissue, it reflects the mineral and heavy metal levels stored in your body’s tissues over the past 3 months — giving us a much more accurate picture than a standard blood test, which only captures a snapshot of what’s circulating at one moment in time.
Minerals are the spark plugs of the body. They regulate every function — from energy production and thyroid activity to stress response and hormone balance. When minerals are out of ratio or deficient, the effects ripple across every system.
What is the NAQ (Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire)?
The NAQ is a detailed symptom questionnaire that helps identify functional nutritional imbalances based on how you feel day-to-day. It evaluates over 300 symptoms across all body systems — digestion, liver, adrenals, thyroid, blood sugar, and more — to build a complete picture of where your body needs the most support.
Together, HTMA + NAQ reveal:
- Mineral deficiencies and excesses (calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, and more)
- Heavy metal toxicity (mercury, lead, arsenic, cadmium)
- Adrenal and thyroid function patterns
- Metabolic rate and energy production capacity
- Hidden stressors driving hormone disruption
- Nervous system imbalances
What Happens After Testing?
Once results are in, Jenny provides a detailed one-on-one review of your findings. You receive a personalized protocol including dietary recommendations, targeted mineral supplementation, and lifestyle adjustments based on your specific results — not a generic template.
Who Is This For?
Women experiencing unexplained fatigue, hair loss, anxiety, hormonal issues, sleep problems, or brain fog who want objective data to guide their healing — not guesswork.
